FAQ

What is a "mod" watch?

A mod (short for “modified”) watch is built from a genuine Seiko automatic movement housed in a case, dial and bracelet inspired by a classic design. It's not a counterfeit of any brand — it's an independently built watch in that style, using real components and real assembly work.

What movement do you use?

Every watch uses a genuine Seiko NH35 automatic movement. It's powered by the natural motion of your wrist as you wear it — no battery required.

What are the watches made of?

316L stainless steel cases and bracelets, with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and anti-reflective coating.

How long does delivery take?

Every watch is hand-assembled to order. From the moment you order, expect roughly 14–21 days for your watch to be assembled and delivered, depending on your location. You'll see an estimated delivery window on each product page.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to.

What if I'm not happy with my watch?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. To start a return, contact our team at support@modhouse-watches.com.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, every watch we assemble comes with a 1-year warranty.

How do I know my size / which bracelet to choose?

Most of our watches are offered in more than one bracelet style (for example Jubilee or Oyster) — pick whichever you prefer on the product page. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you decide.
